About The Author
Dr. Sukumar Mandal is designated as Assistant Professor & Teacher-in-Charge in the Department of Library and Information Science at The University of Burdwan. He obtains M.Com. from the University of Burdwan. He also obtains MLIS and Ph.D. from the University of Burdwan. He qualifies himself in the West Bengal State Eligibility Test (SET) in 2009 and also in the National Eligibility Test (NET-JRF with Lectureship) of UGC in 2010. He is the life member of IATLIS and IASLIC.
