Human Rights Concept and issues

Dr. Satish Kumar completed his M.A., M.Phil. and was awarded Ph.D. in Political Science, as well as Education from Ch. Charan Singh University, Meerut. He is a voracious reader and a prolific writer, specializing in research methodology, panchayat raj system and human rights. He has over 13 years of teaching and research experience and he has successfully completing one major research project and organized two national seminars sponsored by UGC. He has around 30 research papers published in various national and international magazines and journals. He participated and presented research papers in nearly 60 National and International seminars. He has acted as research guide to many Ph.D. scholars.
